Personal data is processed to the extent provided by the relevant data subject to the controller, in connection with the conclusion of a contractual or other legal relationship with the controller, or which the controller has collected otherwise and processes in accordance with applicable legal regulations to the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the personal data is processed.

Personal data is obtained by the controller especially in the following ways:
- from data subjects especially during registration, in connection with the provision of health services and maintenance of medical documentation
- in oral, written, email, telephone, website, contact forms, business cards, etc.
- in other ways especially from publicly accessible registers, lists and records, from business relationships, relationships of cooperating entities based on contractual relationships, etc.

Purpose of personal data processing
The controller processes personal data especially for the following reasons:
- for the purpose contained within the consent of the data subject
- the specific purpose is specified according to the nature and scope of the transfer in the relevant consent text with which the data subject is familiar
- within business relationships and contract negotiations, contract fulfillment
- the purpose of processing personal data is adequate fulfillment of the subject of the contract and cooperation with the contractual party, especially email addresses, names and surnames of contact persons
- for the purpose of protecting the rights of the controller, recipient or other affected persons (e.g., court disputes, camera system records for protection of controller's property)
- for the purpose of maintaining archives based on law and internal regulations of the controller
- for the purpose of maintaining personnel agenda
- conclusion of employment relationship, maintenance of personnel file
- within proceedings before state administration authorities
- for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations by the controller
- for the purpose of protecting vital interests of the data subject

In accordance with the deadlines specified in the relevant legal regulations, relevant contracts, in the file and disposal regulations of the controller.
